Program Absolutes (PA)
Program Absolutes is UGL Services’® certification program to ensure our facility management services are delivered with the quality and consistency UGL Services is known for while meeting minimum standard requirements. It represents and prescribes the minimum set of common program elements to be implemented for its facility operations at any customer sites.
Program Absolutes are organized around three primary categories: Documentation of the Service Delivery Program, Reporting on Performance, and Continuous Improvement.
PA lays the foundation of the management system providing the necessary tools and resources. It works directly with customers to tailor the program to meet individual business objectives .
